Other users Outlook runs fine, comparing settings hasnt turned up any issues, grouping icons has been disabled and even reinstalling Office on the affected Mac doesnt help.Kind of at a loss here since Macs are anything but my cup of tea.Glad I could help.
Outlook Primary Calender Mac Doesnt HelpOffice for Mac is always causing us issues. I have no problem opening the other users default calendar, but I cant seem to find where you can access the other users other, non-default calendars. I havent found any documentation which specifically speaks to opening another users non default calendar on Outlook for Mac. Outlook for Mac. This is a limitation of EWS (the protocol Outlook for. Mac uses to connect to Exchange) and is considered by design. There is no open calendar button to click on to, well, open the calendar when youre on the Mac. So, Im thinking there has to be a way I just havent found it yet. Change the Folder Type to Calendar, then you can search for the calendars by name. I dont see an opportunity to search for any other calendars owned by that user. Via the screenshot you sent, you can only access the other persons default calendar, at least with what I have found so far. Ive tested this out on my own machine using my test account and confirmed it works. It actually works if you just go into folder permissions at the root level and make the folder visible, and then on all parent folders of the calendar you wish to share.
